Staphylococcus aureus mastitis remains a major challenge for dairy farming. Here, 24 mice were immunized and divided into four groups: G1: control; G2: Granulocyte Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) DNA vaccine; G3: F0F1 ATP synthase subunit ? (SAS), succinyl-diaminopimelate (SDD), cysteinyl-tRNA synthetase (CTS) recombinant proteins; G4: SAS+SDD+CTS plus GM-CSF vaccine. The lymphocyte subpopulations, the intracellular interleukin-17A (IL-17A) interferon-? production in draining lymph node cells immunophenotyped by flow cytometry. immunophenotyping proliferation was determined spleen cultured with without S. stimulus. Immunization proteins generated memory nodes. three led to an increase percentage of IL-17A+ among overall CD44+ (memory), T CD4+, CD4+ CD27?, ?? TCR, TCR+ CD27+, TCRV?4+ cells.
